We are pleased to announce the 2026 Chowder & Stuffies Cook-Off July 11th!

We want to thank all the participants in making the Annual Chowder Stuffie Cookoff a huge success. The 2025 event had 7 delicious chowder entries and 5 stuffies for all to try. Needless to say, no one left hungry.

The winning chowders were:
#1 – Don and Mary – they always are one of the top contenders.
#2 – Bristol Colony Clam – Fran and Kate. This was their second year.
#3 – Warnerville – Matt and Beth. They had held the top position for several years (pretty sure they will be making a strong attempt to regain the top seed).

The winning stuffies were:
#1 – Warnerville – Katie and Lisa, using a secret family recipe…ssshhhhh.
#2 – Sergie Swindlers – Kaiden and Joe. This was the second time they placed in the top 3. They are perfecting their recipe in a race for the number one spot.
#3 – Clam I Am – Mike and Troy. Not sure if this was their first year, but a very good stuffie.
All of the winning teams graciously donated back the winnings to the PIA, which is greatly appreciated.

For those non-quahog lovers, we do have the snack shack open for burgers and other yummy items to purchase. So, crack open the cookbooks, get digging and start perfecting your recipe as we will be back on July 11th. There is no entry fee. It is loads of fun! Get out and meet your fellow islanders!
